Please complete this form so that Grandvoya Travel can register you with our host agency, Travel Planners International (TPI).

A physical address is required; PO boxes are not accepted.

Please note: After you submit this form and have signed your Associate Advisor Agreement, Grandvoya Travel submits your information to TPI for registration. TPI then reviews, approves, and sets up your access to booking credentials and resources. Approval and setup timing is determined by TPI and is outside of Grandvoya Travel’s control. You will receive notification once your account is active and you are able to begin booking.
